01 — Background
I hold a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and am licensed by Lebanon's Ministry of Health. I also hold a bachelor's degree in Business, and have worked as a product manager in health tech, innovation management and marketing. I'm a certified master coach, combining business expertise and coaching to help entrepreneurs.
My therapeutic approach centers on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Therapy. CBT addresses anxiety, depression, personality disorders and stress. IPT helps resolve communication problems between individuals and couples.
As a certified life coach, I help you learn new behaviors and overcome challenges at work or in life — coaching is most useful when you have stability and want to progress further.
In addition to therapy, I specialize in entrepreneurship: a bachelor's in business and over 10 years of experience in innovation and launching products. With startups, I focus on generating ideas, creating and testing prototypes, building a business and pitching to investors.

CBT focuses on the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of anxiety, low mood or self‑criticism, and replace them with more balanced, empowering ways of thinking. You'll learn practical tools to manage stress, challenge negative beliefs, and gradually face the situations you've been avoiding. The aim is not just insight, but real, measurable change in how you feel and act in daily life.
IPT centers on the quality of your relationships and the way you communicate. Many emotional difficulties — depression, anxiety — are tied to unresolved conflicts, role transitions, loss, or patterns of isolation. We explore how you relate to the important people in your life and work on clearer, more honest, more compassionate communication. By improving your interpersonal skills and understanding your needs and boundaries, you can create relationships that are more supportive, balanced and fulfilling.
Life coaching is for those who have a level of stability but feel called to grow, change direction or unlock their potential. We clarify your goals, identify inner and outer obstacles, and break ambitious visions into concrete, achievable steps. Drawing on psychological insight and evidence‑based strategies, I help you build new habits, increase motivation, and stay accountable. Startup coaching bridges clinical psychology with over a decade of experience in business, innovation, and product. Founders face intense pressure, uncertainty and isolation that impact both mental health and performance.
